About · Our Method
Learning, by doing
Real cases, small cohorts, trainers as teachers, and mentorship that outlasts the programme.
Our method is deliberately the opposite of a lecture hall. Participants work through decisions that were actually faced inside Laystone Group, in small cohorts, guided by the people who faced them. The aim is not to transfer information but to change judgement.
Every programme is built with the same discipline we apply to a mandate: clear objectives, honest feedback, and a measure of what actually changed in how someone leads.
How we teach
Real cases
Decisions drawn from the group's operational practice, not textbook hypotheticals.
Small cohorts
Close, demanding groups where everyone is seen and challenged.
Mentorship
Relationships with faculty that continue well beyond the programme.
